FEELINGS PRAYER...

I had the good fortune recently to attend a seminar on the Bio Energetic Synchronization Technique presented by Dr. Ted Morter. He has a complete understanding of how your beliefs affect everything in your life. Your thoughts can be that you want success, but if your belief is not that you deserve success, you will not have it. I think this is why affirmations do not always work. You have to really believe it to make changes happen.

Changing our belief system is not an easy thing to do. Some beliefs we are born with. They have been with us for so long, affecting us every moment, that they are as much a part of us as breathing. They are so much a part of us that we have no idea they are there.

Some of the belief systems I was born with were that the world is unsafe . . . that the Universe will not provide my needs . . . that life is supposed to hurt. Some people have the belief that they are supposed to be poor . . . that nobody will ever love them . . . that love is supposed to hurt. There are as many different beliefs as there are people.

Look at what happens in your life. Can you find a pattern that shows you one of your belief systems? Below you will find a technique from a book called "Feelings Buried Alive Never Die" which may assist you in releasing these false beliefs. It may not happen right away. You may have to repeat this over and over and over before you find it making any changes, but do not give up. These beliefs can be changed, but it will take perseverance. Good luck.

Spirit, go to my beginnings and locate the cause or reason for this feeling/thought of ____(negative emotion)_____ and any similar feeling, thought or emotion.

Take my very most adult, understanding, forgiving, reasoning, spiritual Higher Self and every aspect of my being to the very first incident that caused this feeling to start. Analyze every aspect of it and heal it perfectly and permanently. Come forward in time healing each incident based upon the foundation of the first until I'm at the present filled with Light and Truth, God's Peace and Love, Forgiveness of God, Forgiveness of myself for my incorrect perceptions, forgiveness of every person, place, circumstance and event which contributed to this feeling/thought.

With total forgiveness and unconditional love, I delete the old, release it and let it go now, permanently. I feel ____(positive emotion)____. I allow every physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual problem and inappropriate behavior based on the old feelings to quickly disappear.

Take all the time you need, Spirit, but quicken time and do the job NOW.

Thank you, Spirit, for coming to my aid and helping me attain the full measure of my creation. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! I love you and praise God from whom all blessings flow.

My heart goes out to all of those touched by the shootings yesterday at VA Tech. I ask the Angels to be with each person involved and their families to assist them through this trying time.

As the mother of a son about to enter college, the shootings at VA Tech have had a deep impact on me. The thought of my child being involved in such an incident is terrifying. We expect our young adults to be safe at all times, and it is a slap in the face when we realize they are not as safe as we thought.

I asked my Guides to explain to me why this incident happened. This is the response I received from Areal, formerly known as my daughter Samantha.

It must be remembered that all of the Souls involved agreed to share this experience. They each signed up for a role in this amazing play. They each had their part to play, their job to do, their sacrifice to be made to the greater good. It is hard to understand when something like this happens that it is for the greater good, but that is always the case. These beautiful Souls agreed to have this experience so that the World could get a glimpse of the state our Collective Consciousness at this time in history.

The children of the World are not being honored. They are being starved, killed in wars, raped and murdered. All of this goes on daily, but no one pays attention. No one thinks about how many children starve daily in Africa. No one thinks about how many children are killed in the Iraq war. No one pays attention to the news stories in the US about children who are raped, abused and murdered. Those who read the news stories think to themselves “Oh, how horrible.” but nothing is done to protect our children.

This incident is an attempt to get Humanity to pay more attention to the children, protect them and honor them. This is your future and you are allowing them to be treated with dishonor. How can you have a bright future when you are allowing the Light of these children to be extinguished?

This incident has another purpose also. Humanity is on a path to destruction at this time. The Collective Consciousness of humanity does not honor humanity, the Earth or even life itself. The Collective Consciousness is focused on removing as many rights from humans as possible. The Collective Consciousness wants more control, more laws, more government. Instead of bringing humanity together into One World built on Love, Light and Peace; the Collective Consciousness of humanity prefers to bring this One World built on fear.

This incident will allow the removal of more freedoms. Cameras will now be placed on all college campuses. There will be less freedom for the students. They will be watched and controlled. They will be fed more and more fear until they are overwhelmed by the fear.

People who are filled with fear are easy to control. They will give away their freedom without a second thought. They will follow instructions ‘for their own good’. They will cease to be Self Realized Individuals and become one of the many, one of the masses, one of the sheeple.

It will take much effort on the parts of the Indigo, Crystal and Rainbow Children to stay within their power. These beautiful Souls are here to attempt to change the Collective Consciousness. This event will make their role a bit more difficult. These Souls will have to remember what they are here for. They will have to remember always who they are and not allow the Collective Consciousness to turn them into what they are not.

This event is showing those of the Light how important it is that they come together and create safe areas for the beings of Light. There is strength in numbers, and by joining together in communities of Light, they will become stronger. This has been foretold, and even attempted by the hippies, but so far has not succeeded. The time is now for a way to be found to succeed. These communities must be formed and created now. The beings of Light need a place where they will be safe and nurtured.

The beings of Light who are now on the Earth must stand in their power and take over their World. They must put their energy into changing the Collective Consciousness to a consciousness of Love instead of a Consciousness of fear.

It is very important that those of the Light send thoughts and feelings of Love into the Collective Consciousness daily. Bombard this Collective Consciousness with as much Love as you can create as often as possible to change it from a Consciousness of fear into one of Love. This is why you are on Earth at this time. This is your purpose. Do not ask what your purpose is, it is to fill the Collective Consciousness with Love so that humanity can make this needed energy shift from fear to Love. This is how you will Ascend. This is your reason for being on Earth at this time. Do not allow this vital mission to fail.

My 55 Tries 2nd time around...

It's been a long time she thought. But for what? Time well spent with someone she actually enjoys being around, a brisk walk in the park in the crisp evening air, a sleepless night feeling passionate about something fantastic brewing in her life? Yes, she thought, it's been a long time. Wonder when that'll pass?

When I was young I read a quote that went something like: "If you live each day as if it was your last,someday you'll most certainly be right." It made an impression on me, and since then, have looked in the mirror every morning and asked myself: "If today were the last day of my life,would I want to do what I am about to do today?" And whenever the answer has been "No" I know I need to change something.

Remembering that I'll be dead soon is the most important tool I've ever encountered to help me make the big choices in life. Because almost everything – all external expectations, all pride, all fear of embarrassment or failure - these things just fall away in the face of death, leaving only what is truly important. Remembering that you are going to die is the best way I know to avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose. There is no reason not to follow your heart.

No one wants to die. Even people who want to go to heaven don't want to die to get there. And yet death is the destination we all share. No one has ever escaped it. And that is as it should be, because Death is very likely the single best invention of Life. It is Life's change agent. It clears out the old to makeway for the new. Right now the new is you, but someday not too long from now, you will gradually become the old and be cleared away. Sorry to be so dramatic, but it is quite true.

Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma - which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of other's opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.

Uptight In America...

"Here's what I've learned: that you can't make fun of everybody, because some people don't deserve it," he said. "And because the climate on this program has been what it's been for 30 years doesn't mean that it has to be that way for the next five years or whatever because that has to change, and I understand that."

Okay, so he's apologized and he seems sincere. Enough!!! Give the guy a break. His whole damn career shouldn't have to go down the toilet to make amends! We have ALL opened our mouths and stepped in S--T a time or two I'm sure!

And yes, while it is quite unfortunate that Imus made a negative reference last week to members of the Rutgers women's basketball team as "nappy-headed hos"....ladies and gentlemen, we are talking about...Don Imus....THE famous American radio talk show host, best known for his sarcasm and harsh language. He's been doing this since the late 60's and to date it has been allowed and condoned even praised and awarded so why should he think it time to change? Course after the media scrutiny and the heat from Oh~ficcials across the land, he's been back tracking and well he should, but my point to this and all the other hoopla in the media over what someone says "off the cuff"...is this....Number one, maybe we ought to not be so damned thin~skinned in this country and Number two, why does the media get to dictate and/or exploit who is or is not funny, who is or is not guilty and who does or does not get to go on earning a living doing what they've always done just because they mispoke?

I AM ESPECIALLY UNFOND OF CORPORATE SPONSORS WHO CANT WAIT TO PULL THE PLUG ON BACKING AT RECORD SPEED WHEN THE CHIPS FALL A LITTLE FAR FROM THE TABLE. AND IN IMUS' CASE HIS BEHAVIOUR AND COMMENTARY HAS BEEN CONSISTENT THROUGHOUT THE YEARS AND THESE ADVERTISERS DIDN'T MIND IT TIL NOW. CURIOUS ISN'T IT? TALK ABOUT YOUR FAIR~WEATHERED FRIENDS...GEEZE...

Hey! Let the chips fall where they may folks but I think it's past time for a reality check....Humour (off~colour or not) is not a crime and all things are not funny to all people, all of the time...never has been, never will be, but that's just the way the ball bounces in America...we do have freedom of speech in this country unless of course you are a crusty, old, white guy with a radio show! (Sorry Don:) But have any of you really listened to or read or studied any lyrics from our rappers and hip~hop heroes lately? Give me a break! Talk about your double standards...Ho Ho Ho!!!
